The Assyrian Parliament is an elected national body established to strengthen representation, unity, and cooperation among Assyrians worldwide.
Founded on 21 September 2025 in Gothenburg, Sweden, the Assyrian Parliament brings together elected representatives from different countries with a shared commitment to the Assyrian people, their national identity, language, culture, heritage, and future.
The Parliament works to advance Assyrian rights and interests through international advocacy, governmental engagement, cultural and linguistic preservation, and cooperation with Assyrian communities and organizations around the world.
As a representative institution of the Assyrian people, the Parliament seeks to provide a common platform for dialogue, democratic participation, and collective action on issues affecting Assyrians, both in the homeland and throughout the diaspora.
