As part of ongoing efforts to strengthen unity among Assyrian institutions and political movements at home and abroad, Dr. Samir Johna, representing the Assyrian Parliament, held a series of constructive discussions with several Assyrian political leaders on October 30, 2025.

 

The talks focused on the future vision of the Assyrian Parliament, the legitimate rights of the Assyrian people, and the need to build stronger cooperation among political and social entities for joint national work.

 

Dr. Johna emphasized that the Assyrian Parliament seeks to act as an inclusive and unifying platform for all members of the Assyrian nation, regardless of differences in names or affiliations. The discussions helped bring viewpoints closer together and reinforced a shared commitment to safeguarding the rights and interests of the Assyrian people.

 

All participants expressed appreciation for the initiative and a readiness to continue collaboration toward common goals.
